Cocktail tasting list and recipes

Thanks for everyone that came out to Angela’s today! Many people wanted a list of cocktails we tried, and accompanying recipes. Here we go!

Wine Punch
3oz Merlot
1oz vodka
1oz cranberry juice
1oz Orange juice
Build in wine glass, garnish with fresh fruit. Serve chilled with as much ice as possible.

Old Fashioned
2.5oz Bullett Rye
1 sugar cube
2-3 dashes Angostura butters
Orange twist
Soak sugar cube in Angostura bitters. Muddle together in bottom of old fashioned glass. Add Rye and ice and stir. Flame orange twist over top.

1.5oz Brugal Blanco Rum
.75 fresh squeezed Lime juice
.75 simple syrup (1:1)
Shake, strain, serve up.

Classic Martini
1.5oz Bols Barrel Aged
1.5oz Noli Prat Dry Vermouth
1 dash Regan’s Own Orange Bitters
Stir, strain into cocktail glass. Dash bitters on top.

Tequila Daisy
1.5oz Republic Tequila Plata
.75 fresh squeezed lime juice
.5oz grenadine
Shake, top club soda.

Moscow Mule
1.5oz Titos Vodka
.75oz Lime
.75oz honey syrup (1:1)
3 leafs basil
Shake, double strain, top with ginger beer

B.D.A.S.E. (best dang amaretto sour ever)
1.5oz Luxardo Amaretto
.5 Bullett Rye
.75 Lemon
.75 Simple syrup
1 egg white
Combine lemon and egg white. Shake with one single ice cube until creamy. Combine all others, shake, and double strain.
