Hello everyone! I told a few people I would post recipes for the drinks I made for them on here. Of I missed any, send me am email and I will add them.

Vodka Pimm’s Cup

1.5oz Pimm’s #1 cup
1oz Vodka
.75oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice (FSLJ)
.25oz Homemade Simply Syrup

Muddle slice of cucumber in shaker. Combine ingredients and shake. Strain into Collins glass and add ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with cucumber slice.

Jack Rose

1.5oz Applejack
.75oz FSLJ
.75oz Homemade Grenadine

Combine and shake. Double strain into cocktail glass or coupe. Served up.

Applejack Basil Sour

1.5oz Applejack
.75oz Simple Syrup
.75oz FSLJ
.5oz tripple sec
1 sprig basil

Combine and shake all but basil. Strain and add ice to Collins glass. Spank basil for garnish.

Pommaganate Ginger Madras

1.5oz Vodka
.75oz Grenadine

In a rocks glad combine ingredients. Top with half ginger beer and half orange juice

Tequila tasting recipes

So sorry I forgot to get the names of the drinks, but they are in order. I will update when I speak with someone who was there next!

1.5oz Tequila (Patron Añejo)
.75 tripe sec
.74 simple (1:1)
1oz lime
Cucumber to taste (we used one 1/2″ slice)
Cilantro to taste (we used about 3 leaves)

Middle cilantro and cucumber. Add all other ingredients and shake. Serve on rocks with cilantro for garnish.

1.5oz Republic silver tequila
.75 Frangelico
.75 lemon
.75 heavy cream.

Shake vigorously. Serve up.

Cocktail tasting list and recipes

Thanks for everyone that came out to Angela’s today! Many people wanted a list of cocktails we tried, and accompanying recipes. Here we go!

Wine Punch
3oz Merlot
1oz vodka
1oz cranberry juice
1oz Orange juice
Build in wine glass, garnish with fresh fruit. Serve chilled with as much ice as possible.

Old Fashioned
2.5oz Bullett Rye
1 sugar cube
2-3 dashes Angostura butters
Orange twist
Soak sugar cube in Angostura bitters. Muddle together in bottom of old fashioned glass. Add Rye and ice and stir. Flame orange twist over top.

Daiquiri
1.5oz Brugal Blanco Rum
.75 fresh squeezed Lime juice
.75 simple syrup (1:1)
Shake, strain, serve up.

Classic Martini
1.5oz Bols Barrel Aged
1.5oz Noli Prat Dry Vermouth
1 dash Regan’s Own Orange Bitters
Stir, strain into cocktail glass. Dash bitters on top.

Tequila Daisy
1.5oz Republic Tequila Plata
.75 fresh squeezed lime juice
.5oz grenadine
Shake, top club soda.

Moscow Mule
1.5oz Titos Vodka
.75oz Lime
.75oz honey syrup (1:1)
3 leafs basil
Shake, double strain, top with ginger beer

B.D.A.S.E. (best dang amaretto sour ever)
1.5oz Luxardo Amaretto
.5 Bullett Rye
.75 Lemon
.75 Simple syrup
1 egg white
Combine lemon and egg white. Shake with one single ice cube until creamy. Combine all others, shake, and double strain.
